Words cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received from New Beginnings Funeral Home during one of the most challenging times for my family and me. The funeral director Mr. Johnny demonstrated remarkable patience and compassion as we navigated through the arrangements for my father’s funeral. In the midst of our chaotic emotions, he provided a calming presence and guided us through every detail with sensitivity and understanding. Their attentiveness ensured that we felt supported and cared for, which made a significant difference in our experience. On the day of the service, everything turned out beautifully. The director’s meticulous attention to detail was evident, and it truly honored my father's memory in a meaningful way. Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier for our family. I don't know where to begin. But here it goes... From the moment we walked into New Beginnings the energy was warm. We'd visited 3 other locations and they were so business minded that we felt a bit eh. But, Mr. Johnny was very helpful and detailed with the information that we immediately said "this is the right place." As we were sharing information about our dad, Mr. Johnny was taking mental notes that took their services above and beyond our expectations. Well, to our surprise, as we arrived to the church, we noticed that he had created grass for daddy's golf bags to sit on, and a baseball theme table to honor him. It was simply amazing! Lets not forget Ms. Peta-Gaye, because she did an amazing job with our dad, and you could tell by her work that she cared. And...... at the service, the staff were very attentive and professional. It was simply a great experience with New Beginnings. A few bonuses to know is that se habla español. So, no worries if English is a barrier. As well as, they also collaborate with a Bereavement/Grief Specialist that helps families with their healing journeys through their difficult times. We would recommend this service home 1000X for their professionalism, compassion, awesome customer service, attention to details, understanding, for not being pushy, and for their support. I am very delayed in writing this review as it has been few months now since my father's passing, however it is long overdue and well deserved. It is something that all of us eventually experience and when it close to the heart it is not easy to think or know what to do when the time is at hand. Johnny and his staff understands this and seamlessly thought of everything during our consultation, asking the right questions, making great suggestions that worked within our budget. On the evening of my Dad's Memorial Service, everything was on point, beautifully set up and well organized. My family and I are forever GRATEFUL for New Beginnings Funeral Home.

I need to express my deepest gratitude to have met Johnny Hodgson whom from 1st contact was an angel. Immediately we felt as family usually welcomes you. He handled every small simple request for a very private viewing/witness cremation. Mom wanted nothing fancy or overboard just family be present for final farewell when the time came. Johnny delivered and we saw how the Good Lord used him to Bless our family with beautiful gestures as we both know them as Blessings🙏🏽💕 He is kind and my family is so appreciative forever.
