From the moment we called to coordinate the service during such a painful time, Johnny and his staff had attentiveness and compassion, and we immediately felt at ease knowing we were in good hands. One of the standout aspects of New Beginnings is how seamless they make the entire process. Their pricing includes everything you need, so you don’t have to coordinate with multiple vendors while you’re grieving. This made such a difference for us. They had everything readily available: a slideshow presentation, food services, a welcome sign-in area, memorial cards, live streaming, flowers. At the end of the service, they thoughtfully packaged everything for us, leaving no detail untouched. The space itself deserves a mention, too. It's beautifully lit, spacious and has an inviting atmosphere that feels far less somber than other places. It truly helped us celebrate our dad's life in a way that felt peaceful and uplifting. I don't know where to begin. But here it goes... From the moment we walked into New Beginnings the energy was warm. We'd visited 3 other locations and they were so business minded that we felt a bit eh. But, Mr. Johnny was very helpful and detailed with the information that we immediately said "this is the right place." As we were sharing information about our dad, Mr. Johnny was taking mental notes that took their services above and beyond our expectations. Well, to our surprise, as we arrived to the church, we noticed that he had created grass for daddy's golf bags to sit on, and a baseball theme table to honor him. It was simply amazing! Lets not forget Ms. Peta-Gaye, because she did an amazing job with our dad, and you could tell by her work that she cared. And...... at the service, the staff were very attentive and professional. It was simply a great experience with New Beginnings. A few bonuses to know is that se habla español. So, no worries if English is a barrier. As well as, they also collaborate with a Bereavement/Grief Specialist that helps families with their healing journeys through their difficult times. We would recommend this service home 1000X for their professionalism, compassion, awesome customer service, attention to details, understanding, for not being pushy, and for their support.
