My trans son underwent top surgery with Dr Gallagher here and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care he received. Meghan the front desk assistant was wonderful, explained documents clearly, listening to our concerns and showing care. The facility was spotless, like new. Maria the nurse went over everything step by step and helped his anxiety. The Anesthesiologist explained every detail and what to expect, and the final star Dr Gallagher was so caring and detailed. Kept us informed and provided all the information we needed. We were very impressed. Highly recommend for any surgery.
I received gender-affirming top surgery at New Image Cosmetic Surgery Center in March of 2025. The facility itself is very welcoming, clean, and in a great location with restaurants and a pharmacy within the same complex. I can’t sing the praises of the team more highly! Everyone was wonderfully pleasant, efficient, and professional. As a transgender person, I felt completely comfortable with everyone I interacted with. I am especially impressed with the high level of care and compassion that I received from my nurse, Maria J. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!
So happy with my experience with New Image Surgery Center and Dr.Gallagher! The team was so kind and caring and made sure I was doing great before and after my surgery, my first major surgery as well, even checked on my mom and made sure she was doing okay as well! My recent experience at New Image Cosmetic Surgery Center for a Blepharoplasty performed by Dr Gregory Lewen, M.D. was wonderful. The clinic itself is beautifully outfitted and inviting. I was welcomed and treated with care and respect at all times. The staff as a whole throughout my time was outstanding. Maria Jacobson RN deserves particular praise - she is obviously highly trained and extremely experienced in her field. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease before and after the procedure. I recently had the pleasure meeting RN Maria from new image after working with Dr. Tran. She went above and beyond her duties as nurse and is a remarkable woman. She was very patient, caring, helpful in my decision making process and my treatment as a patient. Dr. Jacobson explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease. I felt cared for during the entire process. I would definitely be willing to work with them in the future.
