So happy with my experience with New Image Surgery Center and Dr.Gallagher! The team was so kind and caring and made sure I was doing great before and after my surgery, my first major surgery as well, even checked on my mom and made sure she was doing okay as well! Again couldn’t have asked for a better place, great care team from start to finish, definitely made me feel like family!
I recently had the pleasure meeting RN Maria from new image after working with Dr. Tran. She went above and beyond her duties as nurse and is a remarkable woman. She was very patient, caring, helpful in my decision making process and my treatment as a patient. Dr. Jacobson explained everything in detail and put my mind at ease. I felt cared for during the entire process. I would definitely be willing to work with them in the future.
Everyone there was just an absolute joy! Answered any and all questions asked and would sit and just talk with you. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone. Waking up after surgery was rough for me as I get sick but they did everything to prevent that from happening. I was sick for maybe a minute if that and they quickly got it under control. Definitely recommend them for everything. Thank you so much New Image!
Going into my surgery I was very very nervous! Maria met me coming in and immediately put my nerves to rest with her kindness and warmth. This surgery center just has the nicest staff with a family like feeling to it. I felt very welcomed and was treated so nicely. I really can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff!!
A perfect experience from start to finish. Kind & caring nurses; anesthesiologist was so great - and this was my first time having surgery of any kind. Everyone was respectful, professionals at their job, and made me feel so safe and comfortable.
