I made an appointment for 12:00 PM after specifically asking how long the procedure would take and making it clear I had to leave by 2:30 PM. They told me it would take two hours—fine. I arrived early at 11:53 AM, filled out the form immediately, and was literally the only client there. Then I was told the nurse was running 15 minutes late. Annoying, but I was still willing to wait. Fifteen minutes pass—nothing. No updates, no apologies. By 12:25, I had to go up and ask again how much longer, and the front desk seemed completely unsure. I told them I’d wait five more minutes, but at that point it was obvious the nurse hadn’t even shown up yet. And even if she did, there would still be prep time, and I wasn’t going to risk running over. So I left. Still, no nurse in sight. No apology from the staff as I walked out. Just a casual, “Do you want to rebook?” Absolutely not. This place has zero respect for people’s time. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my afternoon.
I had an amazing experience at this luxury spa! The facial left my skin glowing and hydrated, and the esthetician was so attentive to my needs. Even the hair removal was quick and gentle, with great results. The atmosphere was serene, and I felt completely pampered. Can’t wait to go back!
This Spa is absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful facility with a variety of services and a super friendly staff! Conveniently located too; I just popped in after the gym - super convenient! I did give a 4 star this time only because they don’t have IV therapy up and running as yet. But! I did get their $50 IPL laser (bought a package of 3 of those!) and I’ll be back for more services soon!! So glad I found this place!!! Well done New Wave Med Spa 👏!!!!
Love the new location of the Spa with plenty of parking. Ash is amazing and very attentive. I'm doing the full body laser hair removal plus the Venus for those trouble areas. I would definitely recommend the spa. Invest in yourself! I know I am!
