Today, September 18, 2024 I took my car for regular maintenance oil change tire rotation fluid changes on the transmission and the differentials. They did not do the tire rotation and they charge me $40 for it. I wonder what else they didn’t do.

We have been using Ocello's for oil changes, general maintenance, and auto repairs for nearly 20 years. They have decent pricing, and never have they tried to sell us anything that was superfluous.
And now we have moved an hour away and I still drive down!

I don’t understand how these reviews are legitimate with this company’s diabolical business practices. Scamming customers into thinking they need to replace a car battery at an outrageous amount of $355 when all the car needed was a FREE battery charge at Autozone. They should be ashamed of themselves.

If you need an honest and reliable automotive repair shop look no further. I came here an was impressed with the price quote and the repair time. I’ll definitely come back here for all my auto repairs. The repairs done were fairly quick for what needed to be done. Thank you Joe and team for taking care of my repairs. The job was amazing 💚

I went to Ocello's for some routine maintenance and my car needed more than that, Barry and Justin stayed over an hour making sure that my car was safe to get back on the road, I offered to return the next day but they just made sure they took care of it so I would have peace of mind, 5 star service
