I had some fragile packages delivered from Florida to Maryland. I must say that this delivery company is top notch! From Vinny, my contact to the driver that delivered my purchases, I had a wonderful experience. They kept in touch with me and they were very caring and concerned about my needs. I would most definitely recommend Old Dominion Freight to anyone looking for a reliable and kind company to ship their good.

We are a small company, we rarely ship so it is hard to get any attention. Vinny at Old Dominion recognized we needed help and did his best. He had our one pallet picked up in Fort Lauderdale and delivered to Wayzata, MN when we needed it. Everything went so smooth, it was perfect. We were able to load the pallet, fly out and meet the truck and unload. If we ever ship anything we will call him first. I recommend anyone do the same.

Good luck speaking to someone here. Called to get an update and coordinate a delivery and the lady who answered was extremely impatient and rude. You'd think they'd be nicer when they charge so much for freight shipping.

Hands down best customer service and attention to detail we have ever experienced with a freight company. We send out High End Electric Motorcycles and never have had any issues and our customers go out of their way to tell us how great they are. Pick ups are extremely quick, and the drivers go the extra mile for you. If you get Vinny as your sales rep you won the lottery because Vinny does everything he can and more for you to get you what you need! He Answers all your calls and text instantly, Great service! We cant be Happier, we recommend this division of Old Dominion 110%
