It was a great learning experience! The school offers very personalized service and after 4 weeks in class, you really feel prepared to sit for the state exam. The instructor Seymour is great and I am very proud of the fact that I was able to pass the state exam on my first try. If you want to become a real estate agent, RSVP s the way to go.
I really enjoyed taking the real estate associate course at the school. The classes are limited to 8-10 students, so you always get all your questions answered. Seymour, our instructor was great. He and Roger, the owner of the school really do care about their students success and are doing everything to help you. The books we used in class are excellent and much better than what other bigger schools are using. Each chapter has summary and quiz. At the end of the book there are definitions and formulas, which was very helpful while studying for state exam. I would definitely recommend this school to anybody who is thinking about real estate career.
I attended RSVP School of Real Estate in June, I enjoyed my class, the instructor Eli was very knowledgeable with the different topics. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Roger Portaro comes around a lot to encourages the students. I would recommend RSVP School of Real Estate to anyone who is interested to take the course. Just study and stay focus.
I give RSVP school of Real Estate two thumbs up. The instructor Seymore was awesome the materials was very easy and understanding. They have small class sizes and the instructor doesn't move on until he is comfortable that you understand the material. Guys it doesn't get much better than this!!!!! if you have dreams of becoming a real estate agent check this school out. It is well worth a few extra bucks compared to other real estate schools. I would recommend this school to anyone because I pass the course the first time.
Awesome school. I'm so happy that I picked this place over Gold Coast. The classes are small (max. 8 students whereas Gold Coast has anywhere from 50-100+) and I experienced a personal classroom experience. The instructor Seymour was wonderful. Extremely attentive and patient. I am a visual learner and need lots of examples and scenarios for certain things to register and be retained. The owner/broker Roger and all of the other associates in the office are very warm, welcoming and helpful. =)
