Had a great experience with Paletz! I don't have many contractors doing work here, so I was careful to check reviews (which I know as a Wedding & Event DJ are important) before I went with Paletz, including their A+ rating on BBB Better Business Bureau, and saw THAT all looked good, so I went with Paletz. It started with Chad the inspector who first came to give me an estimate. He inspires trust and confidence, then continued with Nicole in the office who was great to work with, and Danny and his crew who did the actual roof repair were courteous, professional, fast, and showed up on time. They even took before & after pictures as standard procedure before I even asked them to do so. These pics showed what appears to be quality workmanship. Would highly recommend based on this experience and the other reviews I mentioned.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend if you are in need of roof repairs or new roof. Everyone is very professional, and the process is very transparent form beginning to end. There are no surprise fees, every step of the way I was notified of the process. I am very happy with the work and excellent customer service. Big kudos to the managers on site Tony, Sean, and Darius. Thank you all.

I highly recommend Paletz Roofing for their exceptional service and, most of all, their outstanding employee, Rich Singh. I am working on a project for a client buying a house, and we needed a roofing inspection, quote, and invoice to submit to the insurance company.
