I originally went to this location to return a necklace I had purchased online. I was helped by Silvia. When I asked about returning my necklace I was told that I would have to come back in a few hours because there wasn’t enough money to cover my return. I had no understanding for that being that I had used a Pandora card to make the purchase, so immediately I went into defense mode aka attitude. It was calmly explained to me the situation and how it works and I accepted that. Silvia, never being anything but calm and soft spoken, began showing me different pieces and had my total attention. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the meanings of different charms. She was patient with me a as I had her showing me different charms and different arrangements of styles on a bracelet. When it was all said and done I was in that store about 2 hours and had spent more than what I was going to return the necklace for. Silvia and her managers, I didn’t get their names, were great because they remained calm and made sensible decisions, and remained professional through the entire encounter.

Went to get my chain and bracelet cleaned when an employee told me it couldn’t be done on a Saturday. Supervisor Crystal jumped right in and said I’ll do it ❤️❤️❤️ I’m only off on Saturdays and Sundays. If I could give this location 10 ⭐️ I would. Thank you Crystal for going over and above and for your understanding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to this Pandora location near the food court and terrible customer service experience. Juanita salesperson wasn't helpful, very rude, and had an attitude. Didn't seem like she was interested in helping. Left in the middle of the sale, and had someone cover for her. Wasn't making any connection or conversation at all. Or looking at us in the eye, closed off body language, and didn't say any suggestions when we asked.We spent over $200 and our experience took longer then expected.She didn't wrap our items nicely, we had to ask for wrapping paper for the bag.We love Pandora but not our experience with her.We recommend getting help from someone else, it was unfortunate while buying a special gift. No matter what time of day or night, a salesperson is supposed to be helpful and positive.
