I requested a quote today from Paradise for a new A/C unit and had a great experience with tech Raymond. He was professional, courteous and provided an honest opinion of the units that would meet my needs. Definitely on the top of my list to consider! So I selected Paradise based on their competitive pricing after reviewing two other vendors and and the installation went without a hitch…Chris and Jeff, nice guys, were in sync with one another and they completed the installation in less than 5 hours. No mess for me to clean up either! Also this company had the best customer service support team as well!
Amazing job! Alan and Enoch came early, identified the source of the low water pressure and fixed the issue immediately. Now our water runs smooth and they even fixed the weight on the hose so it now retracts perfectly. So grateful for Paradise Plumbing, and these two amazing professionals that not only fixed our issue on the spot but gave us great tips on how to maintain. Very courteous, very professional, very timely, and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend you choose paradise plumbing and you ask for these two gentleman.
My water heater was not working properly. I did some research and read the positive reviews for Paradise Plumbing. I contacted them and a staff member responded immediately. Kevin, the technician, arrived with a friendly smile and greeting. Moreover, within the scheduled timeframe. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Kevin installed a new Rheem water heater in a few hours. He cleaned up and did not leave until everything was tested and worked properly. True gentleman and professional. I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing for their excellent customer service and professional team members. I will definitely contact them again if I require additional plumbing service. Jim and John were clear about the work, gave a quote before doing the work, and gave me options for the repair of kitchen sink water intake taps and leaking drain pipe plus a leaking toilet. They were respectful and quick and thorough. The price seemed a little high but the work was excellent.
