Amazing job! Alan and Enoch came early, identified the source of the low water pressure and fixed the issue immediately. Now our water runs smooth and they even fixed the weight on the hose so it now retracts perfectly. So grateful for Paradise Plumbing, and these two amazing professionals that not only fixed our issue on the spot but gave us great tips on how to maintain. Very courteous, very professional, very timely, and very knowledgeable, I highly recommend you choose paradise plumbing and you ask for these two gentleman.
I requested a quote today from Paradise for a new A/C unit and had a great experience with tech Raymond. He was professional, courteous and provided an honest opinion of the units that would meet my needs. Definitely on the top of my list to consider! So I selected Paradise based on their competitive pricing after reviewing two other vendors and and the installation went without a hitch…Chris and Jeff, nice guys, were in sync with one another and they completed the installation in less than 5 hours. No mess for me to clean up either! Also this company had the best customer service support team as well!
Outstanding work from Chris R. and Jeffery K. My compressor quit on me yesterday and these two removed my old A/C and put in a new one in less than half a day. Impressive work, and both very nice young men. I remain a loyal Paradise Plumbing and Air Conditioning customer.
Very satisfied all the way around. From Patty, the scheduler, who was very polite and accommodating, to the technicians, to the person (sorry I didn’t get the name) who called after the work was done to ensure satisfaction. Dillon and John were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very courteous all around. Had to cut the drywall and took the time to cut it neatly so it could be patched back. Will continue to use Paradise Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
Jim and John did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue of our leaking water heater and explaining the options for replacing it. Work was carried out efficiently and with no disruption, and at a good price with no hidden extras. I would not hesitate to recommend Paradise Plumbing in future.
