Called them and the same day they went to my house, I couldn’t get there right away and Joan solved all the electrical right away. He sent me all the pictures, didn’t have to explain much, very proactive and efficient and his boss sent me the copy of invoice as soon as requested. Will definitely using them again well priced they don’t waste time and very honest.
Perfect connection came to provide a plug to hard wire conversion for our hot water heater. They were professional, timely and gave us good information about our heater and electrical system should we need to replace the heater that we would not otherwise have known. Highly recommend!
Perfect Connection is Great. I talked to Jarod.. He sent me Douglas. We have used them twice! Even with an Emergency call on a Saturday when we had no power.. they came right out! Highly recommended!! Honest, Fair! I am waiting on quotes now for more work..
