Our house has been a furnace in the summers ever since we bought it in 2017. It was time for a new AC. I couldn't have picked a better company to buy it from. Matt and Javier are 5* people. Javier who installed the unit is a perfectionist. He made sure everything worked as it should and made it look real nice too. He didn't rest till everything was perfect. Matt provided us with great customer service. A genuinely nice man that made buying a new unit a very smooth experience. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

I had a chance to meet Jim D. This company believes in great value and high end work. So impressed with the quality standard they set forth. I have dealt with so many companies that act like it is an inconvenience to call you back. But not so with Jim. Thank you Polar bear air, Jim and Victoria!

I was extremely pleased by the service I received at Polar Bear air conditioner company. Al and Jack were fantastic and came on time and did a great job fixing my air conditioner in a very very timely manner. Veronica in the office is very extremely good to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning needs.

OMG!! Will never ever use another AC company. Had three different companies come out to check and give estimates, just doing my due diligence. Al the technician they sent, was so above and beyond in explaining and diagnosing my problem, I immediately felt I was in good hands. Would recommend above and beyond!!!!

They price their work fairly, given the value they provide.
