Our house has been a furnace in the summers ever since we bought it in 2017. It was time for a new AC. I couldn't have picked a better company to buy it from. Matt and Javier are 5* people. Javier who installed the unit is a perfectionist. He made sure everything worked as it should and made it look real nice too. He didn't rest till everything was perfect. Matt provided us with great customer service. A genuinely nice man that made buying a new unit a very smooth experience. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

Thrilled to leave a review for the great team at Polar Bear Air Conditioning, i think we have used these guys for about the past 10 years for our clients and even my personal home and properties. They have always provided prompt service day or night, sourced parts and made repairs as quickly as possible, and left the work area spotless every time. They price their work fairly, given the value they provide. Most important they really do stand behind their work, we had some issues with a property that kept blowing up compressors, they provided warranty service without any hassles until the issue was resolved. He almost caused an accident!! Today, Tuesday, April 16th, around 1 pm, your driver who was driving this vehicle was driving like a maniac. He swerved and braked suddenly, almost causing an accident with me and two cars behind me. This kind of behavior should be sanctioned by your company since he's doing it with your vehicle's name. This is unacceptable, and they think they can put other people at risk without considering the consequences. I will be sending the video evidence to your email."

I was extremely pleased by the service I received at Polar Bear air conditioner company. Al and Jack were fantastic and came on time and did a great job fixing my air conditioner in a very very timely manner. Veronica in the office is very extremely good to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for any of your air conditioning needs.
