Chris, our Quality Air technician was superb. Very knowledgeable, explained his work as he completed the task at hand. Talked about installing an ultra violet light for preventive maintenance. The work that was completed was excellent. The technician was great. Response time was outstanding. Had a question about the billing that was resolved quickly. I'm now enrolling in a preventative maintenance program. Highly recommend, very good people to work with.
