I am on vacation and ended up sick. I googled urgent cares and came here. I have to say I was very impressed!!! The staff was very kind and very thorough. While I had a wait of about 30 mins (explained to me in advance) it was worth it. I was given great care and the proper meds to treat my sinus infection. If I happen to be back in the area needing care I will definitely return. Thanks again ladies!
Nairobi was so helpful and attentive to our needs. We had a really nice experience at Quick Family. Staff is very friendly, smells clean and not crowded. No wait time!
Waited hours while sick with the flu, was told I’d be billed self pay price of $125 if my insurance costed more, paid $140 out of pocket at my appointment just to be called back months later by Keri demanding another payment of $65 on top of the $140 I had already paid. She had no compassion and didn’t care to try and help or even understand the original situation because I signed insurance papers and just blamed the front desk lady. Unprofessional and rude. Will not recommend this urgent care to anyone I know.
Best urgent care I've ever been to incredible staff. The two ladies at the front Nairobi was very knowledgeable and communicative. Dr. was amazing, Thank you so much for helping me heal and providing a comfortable tranquil visit for me.
I needed an x-ray for school and both Nairobi and Feddy were super helpful and provided the care I needed during holiday season AND on a Sunday. They were nice, professional and HONEST, when other urgent cares were trying to overcharge me for a test. I would 100% recommend this practice.
