Kelly Nichols is absolutely amazing!!! Her service attitude is beyond anything my wife & i have experienced! She is definitely a customer-first agent. Her honesty & selflessness shine through her demeanor. We were so disappointed to find out that we could not make arrangements to buy dinner for her & her husband. Rainbow Insurance is by far the cheapest insurance company ever. I really enjoy watching auto commercials because they are very entertaining but I don’t want to pay the actors salaries and with Rainbow Insurance they don’t have any fancy things so they keep the cost down. I am a loyal customer and I also recently had a great agent Jakob who helped me through the process of getting more coverage and I wanted to say thank you for all your help and professionalism and patience. More than 12 years and hopefully a lifetime customer.
