I had a really strong recommendation from a friend who used them for his new metal roof. I looked at options but selected RHI. They are a pleasure to work with. I had a Project Manager who was always available and updated me daily.
There are a couple of distinct teams with different specialties. Each total pros. One team is in for the tear off. They had a finishing carpenter with them for any wood replacements. They have a sheet metal team for the installation and fine finishings. I added slope to part of the flat roof which turned out great.
Overall a great experience. These guys know their business and think of everything. If I ever need another roof these are the guys I will use and recommend. Thank you.

Long time customer here....RHI provided the best quality and service for the quotes I received. Our roof is gorgeous. The owner goes above and beyond to get the job done and they stand behind their work. I have had several occasions where there was damage due to weather or falling tree debris. RHI is always out to fix it at very reasonable rates (if any). I always tell my neighbors, call RHI before you make any major decisions. You will be glad you did.
