One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had – hands down. I waited over two months for this appointment, and I walked out completely disappointed and disgusted. I didn’t even get to see the doctor – that’s how awful the staff was. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with disrespect, coldness, and zero professionalism. It was like I was invisible or bothering them just by being there. I asked to speak to the manager to explain what happened, hoping someone would take responsibility or at least show a little care. Instead, she looked me in the face and said: “Okay, you got your refund. You can go now.” No apology, no attempt to help, no accountability – just complete disregard. I’ve never felt so dismissed and mistreated. If you’re considering this clinic – don’t. Save yourself the time, frustration, and disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone – not even for free.
Dr. Yvette Tivoli barely made eye contact, over-talked me and did not listen to my concerns or allow me to ask questions. I felt dismissed and rushed throughout the entire visit. I strongly recommend that the management team at Riverchase Dermatology address Dr. Tivoli’s bedside manner and communication skills. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with respect.
New patient with Dr Quang Le. I arrived at 8:30am, appointment was for 8:45 am. I was out by 9am. I had a skin cancer growth on the top of my hand that was cut off to get biopsied. The waiting room was very busy so I thought for sure there would be a long wait but not at all. Dr Le was very professional and kind. All questions were answered. Dr. Lucy Chen and her team were awesome, attentive, explained everything regarding the Moh's procedure. Made sure I was comfortable and that I understood all the post procedure instructions. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
I absolutely love Dr. Quan Le. Dr. Phi V. Le is great too. So is everyone at the office. I love the quick and available appointment dates and less than 20 minute wait time in the waiting room.
