I have had excellent results so far working with Dr Snyder who listens and incorporates my suggestions in my treatment plan. I would definitely tell my colleagues to go to him if they have any issues he can help with. The office is very pleasant to work with as well. I was also recommended to him by my surgeon and a colleague.
I absolutely love Dr. Quan Le. Dr. Phi V. Le is great too. So is everyone at the office. I love the quick and available appointment dates and less than 20 minute wait time in the waiting room.
I’m a new patient. New patient intake was efficient - from the central office to the Doctor’s office. I appreciate that I didn’t have to manually fill out forms multiple times. Most importantly, all staff were friendly and professional. Can’t take this for granted as other office staff are not as professional and ruins patient experience. Dr. Wong and Laura were equally pleasant to interact with. They were efficient, inspired confidence, patient in answering questions. I’m cautiously optimistic that this Riverchase can sustain this quality of care and patient service experience.
1st time here. I started by going to the wrong location. They called the correct location and agreed to allow me to arrive late and still be seen. The dr quantity le was great. Calm. Explained well. Took care of a couple of issues. Sent me on my way. I didn't feel like they were starting to sell me on any services that I wasn't looking for. It was great.
