The worst haircut I have ever received. I asked for face-framing long layers bc I had beautiful long hair. I received and incredibly choppy horribly done hair cut. Moni cut so much of my hair off this had me crying for a day straight bc my hair did not compliment me at all. My self esteem is crushed, I cannot look in the mirror and not break down about my hair since it used to be so nice. The entire top layer of my hair is about 5 inches long and the rest is up to my collarbone. When originally it was past my breast, I also specifically told her to keep my hair as long as possible. I am NEVER returning here and now I’m dealing with trying to grow my hair back as soon as possible.

I got my highlights done and loved the result! I enjoy the professional atmosphere at Magnolia and feel very welcome every time I go there. The unique part is that they also offer skin, nail and makeup services in house! Looking forward to going back soon

Very friendly, pleasant staff. Rosa has been taking care of my hair for 3yrs., now + does a perfect job. She gives me exactly what I ask for everytime + is so welcoming. She's like family! I have referred her to a few of my friends + relatives + they're quite pleased with her + work, also! 👍😊👍😊

I went for a haircut last Saturday to this place, that I think is own by another person; my hair was virgin for 2 years except the ends) and ask if they could do silver highlights to blend my whites. I want to maintain my whites. I showed them what I wanted, and I asked if they could do it. The person that did this was recommended by the front desk and the colorist was confident, that I thought she was going to do a good job. She cut my hair just to remove the previous color on my ends, after she finishes, she was going cut my hair in layers. When she was bleaching my hair, it seemed like the foil wasn't secured and bleach spread but I realized that because she brought a bottle of a dark color and squirted it in my hair and her hands were painted in brown product. I asked her if everything was ok. she said it was a gloss that she was adding but just in one spot. The End result: orange hair and spotted honey orange Macro lights in different parts. She washed and added the final color and just from seeing my hair I knew that she messed up. I started crying and she wanted to cut my hair. She said that she wasn't finished. I didn't want her to mess more my hair and she got upset saying that I could leave, and she wouldn’t collect. I asked if someone could fix it and another woman came and said she couldn't do much that basically was going to be that way. I called by the phone someone that was recommended by a friend for a second opinion. I went to the other salon; they took pictures for me and asked me if they could do a test in one high light that they touched, and I agree. They decolor with a lesser percentage and my hair could go and still healthy to get what I wanted at the beginning. To fix my hair will cost me 700 dollars as well that i called 2 other saloons in Fort Lauderdale and the range was 600-1500. I came back to the salon to speak to the manager to give me a solution, and practically she turns their mistake as it was my fault that I didn't get what I asked for. Excuses, and dismissing words and dismissing my complaint, saying that I wasn't going to be unhappy with what they could do. I asked to darken my hair at least. The manager asked me to leave, not an apology or a word of comfort. I asked at that time to show me the colorist licenses' , because she touch me , cutting and put a product on my hair.. and the manager refused to show it to me. I'm posting photos of what I asked, how was my hair and the result from their job. There is a photo in the other salon showing one high light all spotted with color. I have a video too. This damaged my image, and I lost 2 days. first trying to find solutions and the other to darken my hair. Time and extra money spends going to a place that are not serious and careless of their costumers and have not trained personal.
