Serenity was amazing all around. From the moment my mom was transported there, they handled everything! The staff is super friendly and compassionate. They explained all the steps and took care of everything so I didn’t need to worry about any details. The funeral home is very “boutique” like and peaceful. It wasn’t old l, depressing and grungy like you typically see. It was modern, beautiful and very accommodating. They created a slideshow for me and had enough space for all my guests. Treated my family very kindly and kept in contact with me until the very end to ensure they gave us the best possible service. I highly recommend Serenity for all your funeral needs.
My family and I had to put my son to rest this past weekend and it was incredibly hard for us. However, Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation truly lived up to their name and made it serene. With the days leading up to the service weekend, they made it seamless and bent over backwards to accommodate my family and I. Even with the hurricane interrupting plans, they made sure to work with us and communicate every step of the way, making sure to keep us front of mind. With so much to do while grieving, the Serenity family made it so I didn't need to think more than I needed to, and didn't need to do more than I could. Thank you so much for making this process as smooth as could be. I would definitely recommend the Serentiy team!
