I recently had the pleasure of receiving a teeth cleaning by Paola, and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. She was thorough yet gentle throughout the entire cleaning process, ensuring my comfort while delivering exceptional care. Paola’s attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a high standard of service were truly impressive. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I left feeling confident about my oral health. Let me first start off by saying this is the ONLY dentist I will go to. To the point that I drove FIVE HOURS to go see them because they're the ONLY office (medical wise) that I've been do and do not have AS BAD of anxiety. Amy at the front desk is a literal angel and always greets everyone with a smile (as does the entire front office staff). If you tell them you're nervous, they will go out of their way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Perez is such an amazing dentist. From bedside manners to calming your nerves, he goes above and beyond to ensure you are as comfortable as possible during procedures. The first time I met him, he laughed and joked about my tattoo on my thigh, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I haven't gone to a dentist in ten years before coming here and when I went, he told me everything he was going to do - I've been coming here since. Recently I moved five hours north, and I've had trouble finding a dentist I could trust and feel comfortable with. This place is worth the 300+ miles to travel just to see a dentist I know, trust, and will go above and beyond to save teeth before doing anything drastic. Today I went to get a tooth looked at, they fit me in to do a cleaning, and a replacement filling. I had no pain, did not even feel the needle go in as Dr. Perez administered it, and he worked with me during my anxiety. I don't remember the name of the dental hygenist that worked with him, but she held my hand in the beginning until I was calm enough to let go. They really treat you like family here! IF YOU HAVE ANY RESERVATIONS ABOUT DENTISTS, I URGE YOU TO GO HERE AND ASK FOR HIM!!! HE WILL PUT YOUR FEARS TO REST! Thank you Dr. Perez, Amy and Staff for taking care of my teeth and putting my fears of dentists to rest, you guys rock!
The staff and facilities were amazing. My oldest daughter is on the spectrum so I was nervous about how she would do for her first visit. However, both of my children felt comforted and safe when they took time to explain what they were doing and what each tool was. The staff and Doctor Ben were patient and answered all of their questions. We loved it and will be returning.
Dr. Styl Perez is one of the best! He takes time to make sure you understand everything going on involving your visit and is always very attentive. I highly recommend Smile Design Dental. I have been coming here for about ten years now and I have no complaints. All the staff are very professional, respectful and truly care about you!
I purchased a Groupon to this dental office and I am so glad I did. From the moment I came into the office I was greeted with the friendly front staff. The dental assistants and Dr. Perez were such a joy to interact with. They were very gentle with my x-rays and cleaning. Overall they are all welcoming. I will definitely come back here and continue my dental care needs here. I do highly recommend them.
