I LOVE this dentistry practice. Both my fiance and I go here. The service is excellent and the staff is soooo kind. They make you feel like family from the moment you step in. I believe they truly care about your oral health. I highly recommend going to this practice. Once my daughter has teeth, lol, she'll be going here for her checkups.

Nothing but great things to say about Smile Practice family Dentistry! They have a lovely clean office. The front desk receptionist is so warm & polite. My dentist is nice and approachable. All I’ve gotten so far are cleanings but that’s been great too. I’m planning to get a wisdom tooth removed in May with them.

Poor experience catching up with me 2 years later. During a root canal, they broke a drill inside of my tooth; 2 years later, on a random X-ray unrelated to that tooth, my new dentist saw an infection spreading in the bone from that broken drill. I had to undergo an apicoectomy surgery with a 50/50 chance that it would help to fix up the mess Smile Practice Family Dentistry created; otherwise, I would have to lose a tooth and get an implant (Not what you want to hear at the age of 30). All of that is because of the broken drill. The crown that was installed on another tooth also fell off and broke down - it happened because the crown was polished too much during installation and was made way too thin. The thin part of it stayed on the tooth and the rest snapped off. I had to get a brand-new crown from a different dentist (I moved to a different State so couldn't come back to get it fixed) since it had a hole in the center and there was no way to reuse it. It's frustrating that I have to pay for services that are not cheap to begin with, and then 2 years later, I have to pay even more just to fix the mess that they created. I'm not even mentioning the physical pain; apicoectomy is very unpleasant, and now I have a surgical scar through half of my lower gum. I'm just happy that I didn't need an implant in the end.
