Water entered into my ear, and sometimes I heard engine-like noise inside, one day I felt vertigo and almost lost balance in walking. My boss in healthcare industry recommended me to this place, because a gentleman he trusted (named Michael ) works here, Michael helped me make the appointment very quickly. The assistant Jasmine welcomed me and asked all information about syndrome in details, double checked heartbeat, doctor Leighton confirmed with me what I experienced/ heard from that ear, then examined my ear with special equipment, said probably the infection has already self-recovered. As he didn’t see any water inside, and no more echos 3 days ago. His words immediately make me calm down. Thank you all very much for helping me free of health concerns! Although I came to see them from far away, but it’s a good visit. The reception desk was friendly, and the treatment is clean.
I have visited this urgent care center on two separate occasions for two different issues, and each time the service was very quick and everyone involved with professional and polite. I would like to specifically call out Lawton as his kindness and genuine concern for my condition shown through not only in his kind words but in his knowledge of his profession. Everyone here is absolutely friendly and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Dr. Hidalgo and the Physician Assistant Leighton were very helpful. The staff are very friendly. Will be coming back for any urgent care needs!
Best place to take kids and great for adults as well. Service is excellent, this urgent care is the only medical facility that will actually try to find the root cause of an issue instead of just treating symptoms to get you in and out. Staff is extremely attentive to patient needs. Whether your visit is regarding a long term concern or a simple cold/flu you will walk out of this office feeling better. Dr.Hidalgo is the most phenomenal Dr I have ever encountered and I can say the same for every member of the practice. My 4 & 2 year old look forward to attending the Dr because it’s a pleasant experience for the entire family.
Dr. Hidalgo is an incredible doctor. I have trusted him with my family for over 10 years. He has become family. He is so kind and patient with an incredible bedside manner. The peace of mind he gives me is priceless. We love him! I am so grateful to him for everything.
