Streamline Electrical is professional. They provide excellent work and very good customer service. They are punctual and have good communication skills. This is my second project with Streamline, and I will book them for future electrical work.

Hired Streamline Electric to replace our newly purchased condo main electrical panel after they were highly recommended.
Working with Michael and Elizabeth Prizant was a complete pleasure throughout the entire process from permitting to completion.

Streamline Electric
Update is that I had to hire Johnson Electric to fix my lighting problem when I returned. I have all of the documentation to show that the switch Streamline quickly changed out, and charged over $200. for, was not the problem. They never even bothered to check the lighting fixture.
Johnson immediately knew it was the fixture, fixed what Streamline was paid to fix, and I have had no more problems with it. Streamline won’t even take responsibility for the failure to fix what actually needs to be fixed, and they will not refund my money, even though I had to pay an electrician to come in and fix the actual problem. In my opinion, this is the worst service company that I’ve ever dealt with. I have all of my documentation to go to small claims court.
Very bad experience with this company yesterday and today. Jesse came yesterday to fix my front door lights. The lights went back out about two hours after he left.
I called last night and Elizabeth said she would send someone this morning. I waited all day. She then said that she could not send anyone today at all. She said that she could not send anyone to fix the lights properly until next week. I cannot wait till next week because the outside of the house is very dark without lighting, and also I will not be available.
I asked for a refund because the lights aren't working.
Elizabeth said no, that they were working when the technician left, which is true, but they only stayed on for about two hours. She said that I cannot have a refund. I explained why I cannot wait for a proper repair until next week, and to please give me a refund but she refused.
I normally don't write reviews, but I was treated so unfairly, and given such a runaround, that I want to put it out there. It was about the worst experience I ever had with a service company. So sorry l ever called them.
