Had an appointment at 10:50am. The people working here were super organized and fast. The lady taking your finger prints and information was doing a great job multitasking with 2 clients at the same time. Super polite, going above and beyond. I do recommend this office. 100%
Outstanding service! The team is Very professional, knowledgeable, and Detailed. In addition they have Great parking, location and building. Overall a great experience. Their outstanding service made it a great experience. I was done within 20 minutes. To all the staff, Thank you for providing a wonderful service.
I would not recommend taking an exam at this facility, the staff is inconsiderate having loud conversations, making loud noises and robost laughing outside of the windows of the testing room. The staff stares at you with rude looks when you look at them, making the noise. The staff also threw the cheap 3m buds on the keyboard while I was testing saying I could put them in if I didn’t want to hear. Not everyone can use those. I’ve taken exams at many proctored places and wouldn’t choose this center again.
Very nice people, straight the point and the AC wasn’t too cold or too hot. Just perfect for me personally. The testing environment was nice and quite with minimum distractions.
My family went here to get our TSA Pre-Check done. Walked in and was quick and easy. Workers were very helpful.
