I initially had many positive things to say about the service I received, as it made me feel better. Unfortunately, I feel like I was essentially scammed. Three months ago, I stopped going to the chiropractor because I left the country. Since the first month, I called to cancel my subscription because I no longer needed the service. However, I was told I had to cancel in person, which would have required me to buy a $700 ticket just to do so. Despite my efforts to cancel, they continued to charge my card every month.
Unable to resolve the issue, I reported my card as stolen and requested a new one, yet they still managed to charge my new card $79 every month. Today, I called again, and they told me, “We don’t know who or why you were told that cancellation could only be done in person. There is actually a way to cancel via email.” Sadly, I’ve lost $316 due to this negligence.
My question is: Who authorized them to use my new card? This is completely unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this bussines.

I loved my first experience at The Joint. Dr Lorenzo was very personable and professional. Jakala made the initiation very easy and comforting. As I was a bit nervous for my first time, I was so joyous to wake up the next morning with very little discomfort. It works!!

Dr. Lorenzo is fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. Marsha at the front desk is equally amazing, always friendly and exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend this team!

Awesome work they have done to my back, literally like no other. Dr. Lorenzo and assistant Jakala were comforting and make your visit feel all about you. I am very recommending here, 5 stars!!!
