Nasty business. I went because I had a stiff neck and explained that I was only there for a couple of days. The lady said it was fine and that I would get 7 sessions, I only used three sessions because of the time. I remember specifically asking if it was a one time fee since I don’t live in the US, she said yes. Turns out they charged me again and now I can’t opt out of the plan because they have to review the paperwork. I was very clear that I didn’t want a monthly subscription since I didn’t need it.
Reply: I think you should watch the cámaras recording when I specifically talked to your front desk provider and said I was only here for that week and if it was better to pay for the three visits. She said you will still have to sign the form and I will CANCEL it. It wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was a misleading practice on your end. I will contact a lawyer because that’s a misleading practice and there were two other people listening to that conversation. I would have paid for the session I didn’t need the two months service if I wasn’t going to use it, but on your side you need to take the money and lied. 🤥
