Our family began working with Carl, The Nice Agent in late 2019. He helped us find a beautiful home, but I decided to cancel the contract before closing. I thought Carl would never want to work with us again after I was so picky with what I wanted and then to cancel the sale; but he was genuinely understanding. Our family put a pause on our house search and began again in 2022. Carl was EXTREMELY patient the entire time because my husband and I wanted different things, but he truly worked hard to find the house that met both our wants and needs. He finally found us the perfect home in Fort Lauderdale and the process from start to finish was completely seamless. His entire team worked very well and there was never any miscommunication that we had to worry about. The response times from Carl and his team were perfect.
