We spoke to Kathy about remodeling our home, but in our particular situation it ended up making more sense to sell and look for a different home. Kathy was very knowledgeable about local laws and property values. She was also able to recommend a realtor. We were very satisfied with our experience and would use Trebbi if we ever found ourselves in a situation that called for a builder.
