When I step into this place it's like being home with family. The price is so reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I would never change my stylist they all are good. The owner is so compassionate about her work and customer's. You will never leave unhappy. God will continue to Bless the Business and all the staff in Jesus name. Amen!!
Great experience! They work well with kids, a great atmosphere, and the prices are affordable! They have very talented hair stylists. I have seen Jada and Fatima and they did a great job with my locs and my daughter's (10) hair, and both were really nice!
I have been going to truly rooted over 3 years now. The staff is always so friendly. The owner i believe is Christian and t Christian worship songs and gospel music is always being played. Cherise, is my loctician . She is always on time and I have never left her chair unsatisfied.
This place is one of the very reasons they say black people cannot elevate in life. I came here to give my feet a break from doing my own hair and I walked out worst than when I came. The lift and color was a fully half a$$ job, While not listening to any of my request and I still walked out with dye in my hair. Ugh, if you are none confrontational, love your hair and want to have your hair done peacefully and correctly , I would not come here. My hair did not stop bleeding until I got the time again to wash and treat it. Their work is. Pic 1 and mine is 2 with none of the same issues. Y’all be the judge.
The service here was amazing. I had an appt to be at and they made sure to get me out on time. They were also on time in starting me I booked another appt while still in the chair. Book Becky with the good hair NOW! Love how she does my hair and never takes all day.
