Medardo, the owner, was very easy to work with. He did everything that he said he would and got the permit very quickly. He showed up every day, built a great fence, hauled away the old fence in a timely manner, and was reasonably priced. His follow up was perfect! We remodeled a house in Shady Banks and I wish any of the other contracts were as good to deal with as Mr. Pena. He also did some fencework for my home in Poinsettia Heights as well as the neighbor across the street and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
