This facility is dirty. Not clean at all. Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lobby, dirty chairs, filthy floors and bugs. The staff is nice but disgusting for a medical facility.
The doctor was extremely concerned about my pain level and took great care not to hurt me while removing my stitches.  Wait time was less than 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon.  The check-in agent is kind, compassionate, and extremely competent.  I’d rather not need to return to an Urgent Care facility but if I do, this will definitely be the one.  I’ve been here twice before and each time the staff impressed me with their knowledge, efficiency and consideration.
Avoid at all cost!! Do not go to this Urgent Care office... Shocked at how unorganized and poorly run this business is!! Took my girlfriend there with a sprained ankle on Sunday, September 15th at noon and no one was there. We even made an appointment online via their portal and received a confirmation text and no one was in the business when we arrived. I have no idea how this place can stay open if they don't even have hours of operation that are accurate from their sign on their front door and their website. They are supposed to be open until 5:00 p.m. on Sundays and there was no one there the entire day!
Had physical therapy and the therapist noticed I was in severe pain and right away notified the doctor so as to get me worked in to their daily patient schedule to have a pain injection asap. Great staff and overall wonderful experience each time.
