Best experience I have ever had at an urgent care/doctors office. The staff was sweet, welcoming, comforting and knowledgeable. My husband had to have stitches removed and they were incredible. Dr.Costa is absolutely phenomenal! I wish we could see her as our primary care doctor. She explained wound care and what we needed to watch for. She helped us save some money and also welcomed us back to simply check in throughout the healing process. After a HORRIFIC experience at West Side (DO NOT GO THERE EVER), she was a breath of fresh air.
I’ve been a patient at Urgent Med for several years. It is conveniently located near my home and the hours of operation suit my needs. Although they accept walk-ins I highly recommend scheduling an appointment online for an in office or virtual/telemed consultation . It’s super easy- you complete the necessary “paperwork” electronically as well as check-in and pay from your phone or computer. Front desk, back office and clinical team are pleasant and helpful. The clinical care is excellent and proficient. I highly recommend Urgent Med when you need to seek medical care and don’t want to wait for your primary care doc to squeeze you in.
Great experience. Gloria at the front desk was very nice and easy to work with. Donald Coles, the PA was really good. He explained things well, was thorough and professional. I would use them again.
We walked in without an appointment and after filling out the paperwork we didn’t wait more than 15 minutes for the doctor to see my son. All three staff (front desk, nurse, doctor) were friendly, considerate, professional, courteous, and respectful. The doctor explained his diagnosis and prescriptions fully and answered our questions. We left very satisfied in our experience from beginning to end and will certainly use this office again as the need arises. I definitely would recommend this office based upon yesterday’s visit.
Walked in needing an appointment for my teenager. The wait time was a little long as they were busy but I understand why. They provided amazing service. The staff is caring and kind. They figured out what was wrong and got her RX out the door. I think this will be my new go to location for urgent care services.
