⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always have the best experience at Urgent Med in Plantation! The ladies at the office are incredibly kind and welcoming, making every visit so pleasant. The owner is amazing and really goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Frank is fantastic—he's professional, attentive, and always ready to help. It’s so comforting to know that you’re in good hands every time. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care!
The Dr was amazing. He was kind and listened to my son and his concerns. I would definitely go again. It’s a little distance from my home. It’s worth it. Everyone was kind and great.
Considering I was a ‘drop-in’ (no appointment) I think it was a very good visit. Staff couldn’t have been nicer (extremely accommodating) and doctor was very informative and kind as well. He explained everything and left me feeling confident. They’ll definitely be my urgent care from now on!
I went in urgently for UTI and had the undesirable experience I have ever had at a medical facility: 1. Both the doctor and the nurse said they didn’t have equipment (thermometer) to check my temperature 🤒 2. After seeing the doctor, I asked to see the statistics of my urine test results. What shocked me is that the nurse said :” I discarded the stats right after” and that the doctor said we don’t give them out. 3. I believe the urine test results are my private information and that no one can discard my stats. I request that those statistics be sent to my email address. 4. Thank you for reading. I hope to restore my trust in Urgent 🚨 care again. 5 . The receptionist was friendly and efficient . Thank you!
I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to the exceptional nurse who attended to me at Urgent Care yesterday, March 19th. She was wearing black scrubs and demonstrated remarkable kindness, humility, and professionalism. She listened attentively without interrupting, responded thoughtfully, and provided care with a warm smile throughout our interaction. The doctor was equally impressive, displaying patience, understanding, and attention to detail. Their friendly demeanor put me at ease, despite feeling extremely unwell. My visit was nothing short of miraculous and life-changing. After seven sleepless nights due to pain, I was finally able to rest and wake up feeling 100% better today. I'm forever grateful for the outstanding care I received."
