I learned a very important lesson in the difference between a mortgage banker and a mortgage lender, and never again will I stray from a lender.. Premier, of course! :) Their product range and rates were excellent, and put me into a far better financial position than I had been with the previous Mortgage Banker who did not understand the product they were selling nor the requirements of it. Tony and his team were extremely knowledgeable about their products, requirements and didn't have to get back to me with answers.. they were experienced and educated, and could answer all of my questions without having to further research. The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth! I was very happy with Tony, Eleanor and Michelle. Their customer service and response time was excellent! They explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. I know that buying a house can be stressful but they were able to help out and relieve any stress that I had.
