We popped in here to try their açaí smoothie bowls and I’ll start by saying the space is beautiful! Very clean, cool hipster feel, and very spacious. There is a separate register for hot plates/bowls and poke/açaí bowls. It took about 10 minutes before someone came over to ring us up and take our orders Ava-for some reason- she made it more confusing. They were out of all granola flavors but blueberry and you get to choose 3 toppings. For a small bowl it was nearly $15. Overall I was say it was good, not great- I would definitely prefer Playa bowl açaí. However, I would definitely return to try their avocado toast, hot bar and poke!

Pros: Good quality food, friendly staff, clean place, many choices. Cons: prices are high initially and they add extras for any option that makes sense to add to a plate and these are expensive as well (2 to 4$). All the sauces are made with seed oil which is a shame in a place that is supposed to be a healthy one, should substitute with olive oil if you’re charging that high of a premium. The avocado toast is not actually a toast !! It’s white bun and they have no healthy whole wheat options!! That’s a big miss. I would recommend if you’re ok paying 30$+ for the large bowl.

The noodles are so good! I really liked it. The cauliflower was spicy but I didn't know it till it came. It was a good bowl for $14 but I didn't felt it too healthy as I thought it was going to be.
The service was fast and my food was ready after I ordened online but they didn't gave me my limonade after I asked for it and they just gave me the glass and asked if I want to do it by myself or by him lol. actually don't know if I would choose this place to eat again but not too bad experience at all. I would give it a 7/10.

On a recent visit to Vale for lunch, I was delighted by the assortment of veggies in my small bowl. The fresh and flavorful vegetables truly made the dish a satisfying and healthy choice. I paired it with a Pitaya smoothie made with dragonfruit, which was a refreshing and delicious treat.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help but notice that the cost for the small bowl and smoothie was a bit steep. In fact, I found it to be somewhat overpriced considering the portion sizes and ingredients. However, despite the higher cost, the quality and taste of the food certainly made up for it.
Overall, my experience at Vale was wonderful. The ambiance was inviting, the service was friendly, and the food was top-notch. I would definitely recommend trying out their dishes, just be prepared for the high prices.
