I have a 6 month old Aussidoodle. If you are a doodle owner than you know - high energy but sweet and loving. While the vets and front desk desk I had good experience with, my complaint is about the grooming and recently daycare. Grooming: female groomer nice and listens; however my pup was switched to a different groomer whom groomed as he pleased which was chopped his hair off in front. It looked weird- made Supercuts looo good. On top of that increased the fee from initially 60 month, second month 70 and third where the hair was messed up to $99. I was promised a rate between 60-65. No calls or heads up or letting me know the groomer was switched. The manager did call me after me leaving several messages . Agreed it was poor communication and gave me the $25 credit. But I had no plans to use the groomer again. I had been also using their day care, no issues or complaints till Sat August 10th. I picked up my puppy. He looked soaked. Made no sense cause he is in the small dog area. When I asked why he was wet, I was told they had to spray him. I asked, was he aggressive, pounce on a dog or bite. The answer was no. He was just too active and was annoying another dog. To me this was excessive. Why not call me if he is too much, he is a puppy. I have called 3 times now and left message for the manager to return my call to discuss. And show the picture of what he looked like 30 min after I got him home. See attached picture. He was sad and soaked. Sorry a spray bottle doesn’t cause this. When I recently brought his to the car to take him to the groomer he started to cry , where before he was excited. He clearly had fear of what happened. I had planned on keeping the vet but with no return calls I don’t plan on that either. Clearly they don’t care. .. see picture where his legs looks soaks and top of his head. He was a mess when I picked him up. I asked if he got into pool or anything. They said no, just they sprayed him.

I took my cat in for a wellness check because she seemed to have some congestion. Dr. Shaw is the most amazing vet I've encountered in all of Coral Springs throughout the past decades that I've lived here. Dr. Shaw explained everything very thoroughly and was such a pleasure to meet. Usually, my cat can be skittish but Dr. Shaw and his staff handled her so quickly and efficiently. I know my precious pets are in good hands!

What an amazing experience I had on my first visit. The first visit was free. I was recommended to go visit the veterinarians because the clinic came highly recommended. They were very accommodating and fit me in to their busy schedule because my dog was sick and in pain. From the second we got there you feel the love. Dr. Shaw, DVM was amazing. He sat on the floor with my dog and he was very much hands-on. I was very happy with the services provided at VCA Coral Springs pet resort and Medical Center. After I received medicine and we were checking out they have a nice display of doggie treats, homemade.... so I picked up about 10 of them. It’s a constant revolving door at the end of the day because people seem to drop their dogs off all day while they’re at work. The people I saw were picking up their dogs nonstop around dinner time. Let me tell you this, the pet resort area was really cool with a little pool/pond area for the dogs to play in and plenty a room to run around. I highly recommend VCA coral springs pet resort and Medical Center to anyone who needs veterinarian services or a pet resort.

Been a customer for 10+ years, I have noticed a change over the last year and decided to give them 1 more shot. We parked and proceeded to enter the building with poop along the sidewalk (not fresh, looked old) in front of a HOSPITAL, the front door has dirt and slime all over it, it’s obvious it has not been cleaned in months, remember again this is a hospital/medical facility. Well…..Brought our girls in for their yearly teeth cleaning and left with an eye infection in both eyes. The staff was friendly though, we are now looking for a new vet with cleanliness in mind, 1st impressions mean a lot.

Have Been going there for many years. I just keep seeing changes that suck , I felt like my Dr was a used car salesman. My dog got an x ray 9 months ago, now they say she has to be sedated it's a new policy. She then wanted to do full blood work. I asked why,she said for a base line. I asked why no other Dr in the last 5 yrs wanted to do it ? She just had a dumb stare and couldn't answer. I flat out told you sound like a car salesman and it's pretty sad . It was a great place back when Dr Penny was there . Time to find a better place that's not just looking for every dollar they can get out of you.
