I chose the materials I wanted to use, gave them the keys and left Florida for 6 months. When I returned it was all done and they had created the apartment of my dreams.

3. Unfortunately must report that it is yet another month later and they are still not delivering either on time or as promised. Contracted on August 8, 2024,; it is now March 25, 2025, and no remodeling work has begun.
2. A month later: Rating still 1. Jamie and Michael have missed two more promised dates, and no work on the main project has begun. They have now had a significant amount of my money since last August with no visible progress and no schedule.
1. Contracted with Wyman on August 8, 2024. Paid 50% of price that day. Hoping for better and will report if that happens but so far a big disappointment. Both Mike Brown and Jamie Weissleder have great ideas and promise wonderful work, but neither has ever once been on time, the required permits were just applied for February 6, 2025, and not one item of work has even begun. I really hope that I can report better soon, but they have had my money for 6 months and have not yet delivered.

We found Wyman Builders after asking Meta AI (Artifical Intelligence) to find us the highest rated contractors at the best prices in our area. Wyman was recommended to us, and after reading all the 5-star reviews we decided to give them a chance. They gave us the best price and at a record time completion.
We worked with Michael Brown and Mauricio who oversaw our bathroom remodeling from start to finish and were always on time and experts at everything we asked about.
The builders themselves were very polite, hard working, and even stayed over time to make sure the job was done on time as promised. The company even have a storefront and warehouse where we were able to ship our heavy items for our renovation.
After the wonderful job Wyman Builders did for us, we're now continuing to work with them on other remodeling and are recommending them to friends and family. An A+ company as stated by many. Thank you again and again.

The team at Wyman builders are top notch. I had a vision for my kitchen I'm very particular. The team came in and gave me everything I wanted and more. Ralph and Alex are very professional and are available pretty much 24/7 whenever I had a concern or question about the remodel. If you're in the South Florida area and are looking for honest, fairly priced quality work look no further. They also have a great showroom with a ton of different selections right on site. Truly a one-stop shop.They are the total package. I had a full kitchen and bathroom remodel done. Not only were they the best price in town but they were extremely fast with their work. Alex and his team really went above and beyond on my job and I became pretty good friends with the team they're down to earth group. Look no further for your home renovation needs.

Wyman Builders completely renovated our master bath. They exceeded our expectations in absolutely every area. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Joyce’s knowledge and professionalism gave us great comfort as we watched our bathroom transform into a work of art. From the beginning, Joyce listened to what we wanted, offering suggestions, but not pushing us into something we didn’t want. She provided us with such an amazing selection of choices, we felt like we would get the perfect bathroom…. and we did! Glen always responded to our text messages immediately, making sure the job ran smoothly. Mario was amazing, asking us questions as the job progressed to assure we had exactly what we wanted. He gave us daily updates leaving us feeling there would be no surprises. In fact, the only surprise, was how quickly they got the job done (staying on the promised schedule, despite Covid-19), and how beautifully it turned out. We recommend them without hesitation.
