98 feet was “measured” on on my quotes and only 93’ of fencing (including 4’ gate) was installed when installers came out. There’s about 1 foot gap to the property line and neighbors fence. Installers cut internet line from improper labeled yard lines from the utility people coordinated by Xtreme. Installation was done during rain storms that had flood warnings happening all three days… concrete was washed out (first image) and made a mess in yards. Frankly surprised the company doesn’t plan for weather delays.one Fence post cap is missing another broken. Overall communication was sparse with timeframes for each step and timeline took about 3 months.

My fence took a little longer to be installed due some hang-ups with the city building permit; however, this was somewhat beyond the control of the contractor. Xtreme Fence (and Jessica in particular) worked aggressively to get the matter resolved quickly and once approved the 35' of additional fencing was installed within a 4-hour window. The workers were meticulous as I monitored their progress, causing no damage to my lawn or garden - no construction debris, waste material or soil was left on my property, and holes were dug for each main post to meet the required depth specifications. The City also inspected the project while I monitored the process a few days later and found no issues. Given their pricing, work ethics and quality of work, I would use this company again for my fencing needs.

Absolutely THE best fence we have ever had. After researching local fence companies in our area, we decided to go with Xtreme Fence, and we are so glad we did. We chose their two-tone vinyl. The entire experience from beginning to end was beyond our expectations: the meet up appointment was on time, the information given to us was excellent, proposal was comparable, delivery time was earlier than expected, installation took 2 days, quality is excellent, lifetime warranty, friendly and professional, and it passed all inspections the first time!
