My family and I have specifically came to this location for a few years now for the simple fact that the staff is always in a good mood and don’t pressure you even being in sales. I've been coming to Zales for a couple of years at least and out of all of the ones I've been to, the one in Pembroke Pines is by far the best one to be in. Coming to get any piece of Jewelry/Watch is such of a perfect experience when I come to a Jewelry store and today Gio was the one who helped with my Blue Dial Citizen and my mother's watch, plus he adjusted the wristband of my Green 💚 one. Come see them and ask for Tyanis or Gio, tell them I sent you (the guy who works for AA) so they can put the icing on the cake with their excellent Customer Service Skills.
